Production process | The grapes is put on a basin and the fermentation is immediately started at 16°C. When the marc separates from must, the grapes are softly pressed. The must therefore ends up its fermentation in stainless steel basins at controlled temperature. When the fermentation is over the wine stays in the basin for 5 up to 6 months when batonnage is scheduled at fixed time. After such time, the wine is bottled up and 2 months later it can be sold. |

Colour: clear yellow straw-colour with greenish tints.
Taste: fruity rather than flower-scent with a pleasant taste of papaya, peach, pineapple and cotogna apple; at the end you will also taste a sort of dry fruits. In your mouth you will taste the ripen fruit and at the end you will taste a bitter feeling with a citrus-tree taste to build up sweet-bitter contrast which reminds you the candied orange tangerine.
