Alcohol: 12.5%Vol.

Growing	clayey round. Vineyard coltivated at Sylvoz with a growing density of 3000 plants per hectar. Out-put: 110ql/ha.
Vinification	classic red. The must remains in contact with the peels for about 9 days with several mixing. Later on, pressing is carried out. The fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures by means of selected yeasts in thermoconditioned stainlesssteel tanks.

Other curiosities

Colour: intense and winy with red fruit taste.

Taste: wine with a ruby red colour. Harmonious fusion of aromatic persistence, good structure and noble tannins.
