The SQNPI certification aimes at giving value to farm and homemade food production;

Vinification	Classic red. The must remains in contact with the peels for about 10 days with several mixing. Later on, pressing is carried out. The fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures by means of selected yeasts in thermoconditioned steel tanks.

Taste: Harmonious fusion of aromatic persistence, good structure and noble tannins. Intense and winy with red fruit taste.
